Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards and replacement parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties on the property will incur fines.
