The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials you need. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. Parking requires displaying your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
