The second bedroom offers a cozy and private space with another comfortable queen-size bed and direct access to the second full bathroom. The living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials you need. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a fine. Please avoid excessive noise as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards and replacement parking tags cost $200–$300 per building policy. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
