The living room includes a sofa bed, and there is a large kitchen and dining room. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer available for your convenience. Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area, with access available for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay.
