Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience. Parking is available for $20 per night with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional spot, alternative parking in the area is required. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area with wristbands available for $10 per day, including two wristbands. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, excluding intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage not reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards and replacement for lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside or hosting a party on the property incurs a fine.
