The living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials you need. Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. Parking requires displaying your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are steps from premier shopping at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and surrounded by top-rated local dining, from wood-fired pizzas at Matchbox to authentic Thai at Thaiphoon. You are just a few Metro stops from the National Mall, home to the world-class Smithsonian Museums, and a short distance from the profound Arlington National Cemetery and The Pentagon Memorial. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy. You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride, run, or walk along the Potomac River. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and Starbucks is located right at Pentagon Row. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards and smoking inside are charged a fine. A party on property incurs a fine. Don’t forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
