Parking is available for $20 per night, with one parking spot included. Additional parking can be found in the area. Enjoy access to the pool area for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Replacement of lost or damaged wristbands incurs a $100 fee. Crystal Flats is strategically positioned at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, allowing you to reach downtown in minutes. The apartment is within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation to cover accidental property damage, up to $300 per stay. Additional fees apply for lost FOB/access cards and parking tags, smoking inside the unit, and unauthorized parties or gatherings. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and only guests wearing wristbands are allowed to use it. Bath towels are not provided, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage while parked on the property. Please park in designated spaces and display your parking permit to avoid towing.
