There is a security camera facing the front entrance that is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in and out of the listing. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
