The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and AC is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. To ensure the well-being of everyone, all guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests who will be entering the property must be provided. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties are prohibited with a $300 fine.
