For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. All guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A damage waiver fee is included in your reservation to cover accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay.
