The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A $300 fine is charged for smoking inside or having a party on the property. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 charge.
