The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. Parking is available, but please ensure your parking tag is clearly displayed at all times to avoid towing. This non-refundable service must be booked with us directly. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy. You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City and Crystal City Metro Stations, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride or run, and you can even watch the planes land at Gravelly Point Park. For your convenience, a large and modern Whole Foods Market is located right across the street. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs of all guests entering the property are required. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
