A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in your reservation to cover any accidental property damage. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only for registered guests. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered with full names and ID provided. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage not reported during the stay.
