A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
