Parking requires a permit to avoid being towed, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered with full names and IDs. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, or damage caused by policy violations. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
