Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy. You are just a 5-minute walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride or run. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and AC is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
