All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs are required for entry. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
