A large and modern Whole Foods Market is located right across the street. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and partying on the property is charged a $300 fine.
