If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will need to be canceled. The pool is only open for registered guests. Washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered with full names and IDs. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation for accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage not reported during the stay.
