Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool, and lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building and may result in a $300 fine. Excessive noise or disturbances may affect your stay or the comfort of others. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional fee. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine.
