The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Basic personal care and cooking supplies are provided for your first few nights. Towels are provided, but washcloths are not. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay.
