The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out request requires 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $100–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed.
