The welcoming living area includes a cozy sofa bed, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Enjoy great local dining with options like Enjera Restaurant for authentic Ethiopian cuisine, Los Tios Grill for Salvadoran and Tex-Mex dishes, and Crystal City Sports Pub for American pub food. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered upon check-in, including providing a photo ID on the same day of arrival. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Excessive noise or disturbances may affect your stay or the comfort of others. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties on the property each incur a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional fee. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure you can work comfortably from home.
