Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy. You are just a short walk from the Crystal City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride, run, or walk along the Potomac River. For your convenience, a large and modern Whole Foods Market is located just a short walk away. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building, and smoking inside may result in a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered upon check-in, including providing a photo ID on the same day of your arrival. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. Please treat the property as your own home and keep all household items inside the unit during your stay. Lost items such as linens or apartment keys will incur an additional fee. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine. Includes Wi-Fi for all your remote work needs.
