The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, one bathroom, two queen-size beds in the first room, and a sofa bed in the living room. Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area, with access available for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will also have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A $300 fine is charged for parties on the property. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please keep household items inside the apartment and turn off the air conditioning when leaving. A laptop computer is not included.
