The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay.
