For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. We do not provide washcloths and are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
