Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The building features a gym and a common area with a beautiful patio and sunbathing areas. The pool is open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Situated in National Landing, comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, this apartment offers the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area. It is only minutes from downtown and within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. We do not provide washcloths and are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
