The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.
