The spacious master bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds for a relaxing stay, while the second bedroom offers a cozy and private space with another comfortable queen-size bed. The living area is welcoming with a cozy sofa bed, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are just a short walk from the Crystal City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away—or even walkable—making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride or run. For your convenience, a large and modern Whole Foods Market is located just a short walk away. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
