Parking requires a permit to be displayed at all times to avoid being towed. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200 to $300, per building policy. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID, which must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
