Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are just a short walk from the Crystal City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away or even walkable, making for a stress-free commute. The property is located in a residential area, so keep noise to a minimum. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage or damage exceeding $300 per stay is not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Washcloths are not provided.
