Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 8:00. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted.
