Parking is available with a parking permit that must be displayed at all times to avoid towing. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. Iconic attractions like the Smithsonian Museums and Arlington National Cemetery are just a few Metro stops away. To respect neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and a latest departure time of 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay.
