The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. The building association determines HVAC operation between transitions based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed, park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide full names and valid ID at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. The latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A laptop computer is not included.
