For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The pool is not available for this season. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations including smoking or any other prohibited activities, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, or personal items. Unreported damage will not be covered. Additional charges include a $250 replacement fee for lost FOB/access cards, $200–$300 for lost parking tags, a $300 fine for smoking inside, and a $300 fine for hosting unauthorized gatherings. A laptop computer is not included.
