A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in for safety and security. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and parking tags, and fines are imposed for smoking inside or hosting unauthorized gatherings.
