The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and there's a clean and modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private studio and the building's great amenities, including a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, and a communal BBQ area. On-site parking is available for a nightly fee of $20, and convenient laundry facilities are available in the building for $0.75 per load. Your apartment is in the heart of Clarendon, Arlington's most vibrant and sought-after neighborhood, known for its incredible dining, shopping, and nightlife—all just steps from your door. Enjoy top-tier dining at places like Lyon Hall for classic French-German brasserie cuisine, Ambar Clarendon for an all-you-can-eat Balkan tapas experience, and Green Pig Bistro for upscale American comfort food. For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. The pool is for registered guests only. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage in the parking lot. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and parking tags, and fines are imposed for smoking inside or hosting unauthorized gatherings.
