Parking is available, and you must display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property are charged a $300 fine. If a FOB/Access Card is lost, the charge is $250 to replace it. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. A starter kit of supplies is provided; bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties), damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy), any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
