You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Getting around is quick and easy, with Reagan National Airport within walking distance and both Crystal City and Pentagon City metro stations within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A $300 fine will be applied for smoking inside or for an unauthorized party.
