Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines: Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
