Pentagon City is just around the corner and features the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines: Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
