With in-unit washer and dryer, it is perfect for extended stays and added comfort. The apartment includes 2 full bathrooms that are clean, comfortable, and stocked for your stay. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit, as vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. This vibrant neighborhood includes Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, each offering something special. Crystal City is a lively area full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local parks, including the Crystal City Underground with stores and walkways that connect you across the neighborhood. Just around the corner, you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, a top shopping mall with great stores and restaurants. Potomac Yard offers a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport, making getting around quick and easy. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Unintentional damage to items inside the unit is covered up to $300 per stay. Intentional damage or misuse, such as parties or smoking indoors, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access card ($250), lost parking tag ($200–$300 based on building rates), smoking inside ($300 fine), and unauthorized party ($300 fine). Essentials are provided, including basic personal care and cooking supplies to cover your first night. Note that washcloths are not included. Guest screening is required for the safety of all residents and guests, and the building requires a brief screening before check-in. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. The pool is not available for this season. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines, with heating fully active from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association.
