The smart design and vacation-ready layout include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and two full bathrooms that are clean, spacious, and ready for you. The apartment features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and another queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Parking is available for $20 per night. For extra vehicles, alternative parking nearby is needed. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day. Enjoy the pool daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing wristbands are allowed in the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands have a $100 replacement fee. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or towing. This vibrant neighborhood includes Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, each offering something special. Crystal City is a lively area full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local parks. Don’t miss the Crystal City Underground, with stores and walkways that connect you across the neighborhood. Pentagon City is just around the corner, where you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, a top shopping mall with great stores and restaurants. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Whether you're here for work or fun, getting around is quick and easy. Essentials are provided, including basic personal care and cooking supplies to cover your first night. Washcloths are not included. Guest screening is required for the safety of all residents and guests. The building requires a brief screening before check-in. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is fully active from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Unintentional damage to items inside the unit is covered up to $300 per stay. Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Additional charges apply if not covered, including $250 for a lost FOB or access card, $200–$300 for a lost parking tag based on building rates, a $300 fine for smoking inside, and a $300 fine for an unauthorized party. If anything goes wrong or you need help during your stay, please contact us right away. We're here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment includes a business center, providing a quiet space to get work done. A laptop computer is not included.
