All guests must be registered prior to arrival by sending the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in, as IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
