The property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Unauthorized parties and smoking indoors will incur a $300 fine. Lost or damaged pool wristbands have a $100 replacement fee. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 charge and lost parking tag ranges from $200 to $300 based on building rates. The apartment includes a business center, providing a quiet space to get work done with high-speed Wi-Fi.
