Pentagon City is just around the corner, where you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City – a top shopping mall with great stores and restaurants. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Getting around from this location is simple and stress-free, with a walk to Reagan National Airport, Crystal City or Pentagon City Metro stations, the Virginia Railway Express (VRE), bus routes, and readily available Uber and Lyft. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A $300 fine will be assessed for smoking inside or hosting an unauthorized party. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and failure to provide the required information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines: Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1.
