Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability and an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. The building uses a centralized HVAC system regulated by season and local guidelines. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties also incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Intentional damage or misuse is not covered.
