The building uses a centralized HVAC system regulated by season and local guidelines. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties also result in a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
