Parking is available; please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror and do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. You're just steps away from shops and boutiques, top restaurants and cafés, and public transportation with quick access to Washington, D.C. Crystal City offers a lively area full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local parks, including the Crystal City Underground. Pentagon City is just around the corner, where you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails. You're also only 15 minutes from iconic landmarks such as the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and Georgetown University and close to Reagan National Airport. All guests must be registered prior to arrival; please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in, as IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building; please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. The building uses a centralized heating system, fully active from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning, fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed.
