All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid government-issued IDs required for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. The property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, and damage exceeding $300 are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access cards, lost parking tags, smoking inside, and unauthorized parties.
