Additionally, the unit also has a twin-sized air mattress that guests are welcome to use. For those with young children, a portable crib is available upon request. There is a full bathroom that is impeccably clean, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi with which you can stay connected, stream movies, or catch up on some work. Free street parking is available for your convenience. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a block from a Metro station with DC at your fingertips. The street doubles as part of the regional bike/running trail network, known as the Washington & Old Dominion trail. Local restaurants just down the street offer a variety of dining options, and a short drive or metro ride puts you right in the center of all the DC area has to offer. In a short 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk, you find yourself in Westover, a beautiful local shopping area in Arlington. While we offer contact-less self-check-in for your convenience, we are always only a message away should you need anything at all during your stay. We are a family living upstairs and have two young children who you may hear at times happily playing and running around. Respectfully, refrain from booking with us if you are super extra sensitive to noise. Please be courteous to the adjacent neighbors and the tenants living around you at all times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM to 8 AM, adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the apartment. Absolutely no parties or events. The desk that's available is adjustable with the push of a button and can be converted as desired from a sitting to a standing desk for maximum comfort while you work. A laptop computer is not included.
