Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with their full name and a valid government-issued ID. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Lost FOB or access card: $250. Lost parking tag: $200–$300 (based on building rates). Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability for a $50 fee. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) and AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1).
