Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a valid government-issued ID for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage, violations of rental policies, and damage exceeding $300 are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access card, lost parking tag, smoking inside, and unauthorized parties.
