The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a valid government-issued ID required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with a late check-out fee of $50 if requested 24 hours in advance. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage, violations of rental policies, and damage exceeding $300 are not covered.
