The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities. Relax and unwind in the beautiful community pool, with wristbands required for entry. Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym, and enjoy the game room and BBQ area with a pool table and an outdoor grilling area, perfect for gatherings. A dedicated, work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity is available in the business center. On-site parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and convenient neighborhood perfect for exploring Arlington and Washington, D.C. You are just a short walk from the high-end brands at The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and the unique shops in the Underground at Crystal City. A short, easy Metro ride takes you to The National Mall, all the Smithsonian Museums, and the iconic monuments. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, or watch the planes at the unique Gravelly Point park. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Whole Foods Market with a hot food bar and cafe is located nearby. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. The pool is open 11 AM - 8 PM daily, and wristbands, available for a daily fee of $10, are required for entry. Lost wristbands will incur a $100 replacement fee. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and AC is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. The operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 fee, and a lost parking tag incurs a fee of $200–$300 based on building rates. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties each incur a $300 fine.
