Unwind in a welcoming living area with a comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or downtime. The master bedroom features two plush queen-size beds, ideal for families or groups, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing home-style meals. The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience, especially for longer visits, and two spacious and modern full bathrooms. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The pool is not available for this season. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and convenient neighborhood perfect for exploring Arlington and Washington, D.C. Enjoy great local dining with walkable options like The Freshman, an excellent all-day cafe that transitions into a sophisticated cocktail bar, Los Tios Grill for highly-rated and authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex cuisine, and Epic Smokehouse, a unique blend of a classic steakhouse and traditional BBQ. You are just a short walk from the high-end brands at The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and the unique shops in the Underground at Crystal City. A short, easy Metro ride takes you to The National Mall, all the Smithsonian Museums, and the iconic monuments. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Please do not send packages to the property as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Unauthorized smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 charge and lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 charge based on building rates. A laptop computer is not included.
