The spacious master bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds for a restful night, while the second bedroom offers another cozy queen-size bed. The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily, and wristbands, available for a daily fee of $10, are required for entry. Lost wristbands will incur a $100 replacement fee. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid government-issued IDs required for building access. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage or violations of rental policies are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access cards, lost parking tags, smoking inside, and unauthorized parties.
