The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a valid ID. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out available for a fee. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Deliveries are not accepted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage or violations incur additional charges. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine each.
