The comfortable living area includes a sofa bed and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and in-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. There are two full bathrooms, modern, clean, and convenient for groups. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities. Enjoy the resort-style pool, fully equipped gym, game room with a pool table, and outdoor BBQ area. The business center provides a dedicated, work-friendly space ideal for remote work. For your convenience, a large and modern Whole Foods Market is located just a short walk away. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. The pool is open 11 AM - 8 PM daily. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 fee and lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 fee based on building rates.
