The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a living room with a TV. The first room has two queen-size beds, the second room also has two queen-size beds, and the den offers a full-size bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed and two bathrooms. Paid parking is available for $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enhance your stay with a variety of exceptional amenities designed for your enjoyment and convenience, including gym access, a business center, a BBQ grill, a game room with a pool table, and a welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for pool access and are available for $10 per day, including two wristbands. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. We do not provide bath towels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
