The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access cards are charged $250.
