The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures. A damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, covering accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay.
