Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space, with only one parking spot available for your stay. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror, and do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
