The spacious master bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds, perfect for families or groups. The second bedroom, a cozy and private space, includes a queen-size bed. The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a sofa bed and a Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work and streaming. On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. The pool is open 11 AM to 8 PM daily. The property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 fee and lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 fee based on building rates.
