A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Unintentional damage to items inside the unit is covered up to $300 per stay. Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered.
