Ensure you leave the premises and return any keys by the agreed check-out time to avoid a $250 late check-out fee. Lockouts incur a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys incur a $200 per key fee. The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
