If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area, with wristbands required for access available for $10 per day, including two wristbands. Only these two will be provided. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool, and lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. The building association determines HVAC operation between transitions based on the outside temperature. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300 per building policy.
