The apartment includes 1.5 bathrooms, a king-size bed in the first room, a queen-size bed in the den, and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy hassle-free parking available for just $20 per night, ensuring easy access and peace of mind. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests can be added for an extra supplement. The pool is currently under renovation until June. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking spot is available, and parking must be in the designated space with a parking pass. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Bath towels are not provided.
