The bedroom offers two queen-size beds and there is one bathroom to accommodate your needs. Enjoy hassle-free parking for just $20 per night, with one parking spot available for your stay. Additional parking can be found in the area. Relax in the welcoming pool area with wristbands available for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Nestled in National Landing, this apartment is part of a vibrant community comprising Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. Enjoy the best transportation network in the Washington, D.C. area, with easy access to downtown and walking distance to Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. Parties or high volumes of sound that cause annoyance to neighbors are not allowed in the unit, and violations may result in fines. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, a charge of $250 will apply. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. A set of towels is provided for each registered guest, but no additional towels are provided beyond the initial set.
