Enjoy hassle-free parking available for just $20 per night, ensuring easy access and peace of mind. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Located in National Landing, which comprises three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, you will have access to the best transportation network in the Washington, D.C. area, just minutes from downtown. Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, and if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you. If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, a charge of $250 will apply. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, and each reservation includes two people to be registered. The pool is currently under renovation until June.
